This information collection is needed to assist the COPS Office in monitoring the status of grants funded. The Public Safety and Community Partnership Act of 1994 and Federal regulations and policies require that financial assistance provided by the Federal government carrfully monitored. The COPS Office seeks to document on a continuing basis, the progress our programs and our grantees. This survey is the mechanism used to obtain this information.
