Respondents are owners or operators of kraft, soda, sulfite, and stand-alson semichemical pulp mills and must submit notifications and reports required by the General provisions (40 CFR Part 63, Subpart A). Recordkeeping of parameters related to process and air pollution control technologies is required. The reports and records will be used to demonstrate compliance with the applicable emission limits and/or standards.
