Abstract: This recurring survey collects data on the resources, policies, and practices of local prosecutors from a nationally representative sample of 300 chief litigating prosecutors in the State Court systems. Information on resources is also collected from the remaining prosecutors to provide more accurate estimates of vital prosecutor office information.
