Abstract: With concern to pole attachments, the Commission amends the formulas used to calculate the maximum rate a utility may charge for pole attachments so that the formulas, 1) reflect our current accounting rules that apply to local exchange carriers; 2) avoid negative rate calculations; and 3) may be applied to attachments in conduits.
