Abstract: This survey will provide data on the status and the need for science and engineering (S&E) research facilities at colleges and universities in the U.S. as directed by Public Law 99-159. In addition, it will provide data on the construction of S&E research facilities costing at least $25 million as required by OMB Circular A-21 revision dated June 1998.
