This information collection request is approved consistent with ETA's agreement on 3/6/2001 to (1) remove OMB's name and address from the burden statements of the 232 & 232 A forms (2) correct the DOL address provided in these burden statements (3) provide OMB with revised copies of both forms, and (4) correct typos in the ETA handbook instructions associated with the 232 & 232A at the earliest revision of the handbook.

State employment agencies need prevailing wage rates in order to process employer's application for intrastate and interstate and H-2A foreign farmworkers. The wage rate cover agricultural (crop and livestock) and logging jobs. Domestic Migrant and local seasonal as well as foreign H-2A farmworkers are hired for these jobs.
