RM96-1-015 (Final Rule) issued November 30, 2000 amends Part 284 of the Commissions's regulations by adopting GISB (Gas Industry Standards Board) standards version 1.4. These requirements will direct pipelines to implement these standards on May 1, 2001. The adoption of Version 1.4 of the standards updates and improves existing standards, particularly in the areas of communication of critical notices and multi-tiered allocations.
