OMB believes
that this collection of information should be one of the prime
candidates for providing the option for response by electonic
means, in order to meet the requirements of GPEA. We are working
with the DOT to identify a list of collections that we and DOT will
monitor so as the better achieve full compliance by October 2003.
We appreciate the status report on FAA's program (IACRA) received
4/19/01. While we are providing a 3 year clearance, it should be
understood that the clearance is contingent on satisfactory
progress in meeting the GEPEA and FAA's intended goal.
