Abstract: Part 26 requires nuclear power plant licensees and licensees authorized to posses, use, or transport unirradiated Category I nuclear material to maintain fitness-for-duty programs to ensure that personnel are not under the influence of any substance or are mentally or physically impared. The final rule implements provisions that reduce the burden for these information collec- tion requirements.
