Abstract: FERC-547 provides the Commission with refund information to enable it to carry out its statutory responsibilities under the Natural Gas Act, Section 4, 5, and 16 (15 USC 717c-717o). The Commission unses the information to insure the pass-through to gas customers of refunds required to adjust charged by jurisdic- tional natural gas companies in excess of maximum lawful just and reasonable rates.
