Abstract: This is a revision of a currently approved ICR to collect data from EPA's Clean Water Act Recognition Awards (National Waste- water Management Excellence) nominees. Awards are for the Opera- tionals and Maintenance (O&M), Beneficial Use of Biosolids (Bio- solids), Storm Water (SW), and Combined Sewer Overflow Control (CSO) program categories. Informaiton collection approval for the Pretreatment awards program is included in the National Pre- treatment Program ICR (OMB Control No. 2040-0009, EPA, ICR No. 0002.09), approved through September 20, 2003.
