The Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS) intends to conduct a number of surveys designed to measure the perception and quality of service we provide. The information collected will be used internally to determine where and to what extent services are satisfactory, and to identify areas for improvement. Survey respondents used under this generic clearance may include: contractors, vendors, annuitants, civil service employees, and retired civil service.
