Abstract: The data collected is required by the Budget and Planning Service of the National Cemetery Administration to prepare annual budget submission that justify and explain the program. Also, it is used by the State Cemetery Grants Service to encourage states to develop new state veterans' cemeteries, an activity that relieves the Federal Government of a significant burdgen and by NCA in general, to respond to inqurieis from Congress.
