Terms of Clearance: In this paperwork's supporting statement (Item 3), DOD indicates that contractors may submit its plan electronically and that electronic signatures are accepted. The current estimate of % collected electronically is 50%. By October of 2003, DOD will strive to bring the % collected electronically closer to 100%. However, on its face, this collection is already in compliance with GPEA in that it permits an electronic submission using and electronic signature.

Abstract: This request concerns information collection requirements related to Contractor Performance Systems Reviews (CPSRs). FAR 44.3 requires CPSRs under certain circumstances. Defense FAR Supplement 244.305-70(a)(2) requests the contractor to submit within 15 days after completion of a CPSR its plan for correcting deficiencies or making improvements in its purchasing system.
