contractors may submit its plan electronically and that electronic
signatures are accepted. The current estimate of % collected
electronically is 50%. By October of 2003, DOD will strive to bring
the % collected electronically closer to 100%. However, on its
face, this collection is already in compliance with GPEA in that it
permits an electronic submission using and electronic
signature.

This request concerns information
collection requirements related to Contractor Performance Systems
Reviews (CPSRs). FAR 44.3 requires CPSRs under certain
circumstances. Defense FAR Supplement 244.305-70(a)(2) requests the
contractor to submit within 15 days after completion of a CPSR its
plan for correcting deficiencies or making improvements in its
purchasing system.
