In order for DoD to move towards successful implementation of the Government Paperwork Elimination Act, it is necessary to consider possible information collections that would reduce burden by automating the collection process. Given that all of the collections associated with this paperwork are safety and health related and the information which is collected is used to ensure Federal employees and the public are properly protected from potentially hazardous materials, these collections associated with this paperwork may not offer such opportunities. However, future submissions of this paperwork should reconsider this issue if the situation changes.
