This is a request for Emergency
Clearance of revisions to the OP-1 and OP-1(P) forms to accommodate
registration by Mexicans to establish U.S.-based property or
passenger enterprises pursuant to the North American Free Trade
Agreement (NAFTA) liberalized investment provisions. The FMCSA will
make minor editorial changes to reflect the name of the new agency
(FMCSA) and display the new OMB Number on all forms under this IC
(OP-1, OP-1(P), OP-1(FF), & OP-(MX).
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
