Abstract: Form 595 is used as a requisition for advances of loan funds. The form provides a procedure whereby electric borrowers certify expenditures and request loan fund advances, and it enables RUS to verify and ensure that loan funds are expended and advanced only for the budget purposes and amounts for which they were approved by RUS.
