CMS - CBC needs to collect these data
to pilot test a national campaign to educate current and future
Medicare beneficiaries and their families about long term health
care needs, as requested in the Presidential Initiative for Fiscal
Year 2000 Budget. Project findings will be used to design and
implement a nationwide campaign. Respondents will be from two
groups: 55-70 year-olds and persons with disability who are 18-64
years of age.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
