EPA is taking direct final action on thirteen amendments to the hazardous waste combustor NESHAP final rule promulgated on September 30, 1999. These proposed revisions will improve the implementation of the emission standards, primarily in the areas of compliance, testing, and monitoring. The existing paperwork burden for the 1999 final rule was approved in EPA ICR Request #1773.02. This ICR estimates the additional (incremental from ICR Request #1773.02) recordkeeping and reporting burdens resulting from these amendments.
