The sources subject to this rule (i.e., extraction plants, ceramic plants, foundries, incinerators, propellant plants and machine shops which process beryllium and its derivates) complying with the one-time only stack test would be required to submit initial notifications and a one-time report with the emission limit determination. If sources engage an operational change that may increase, these requirements would be trigger again. The sources complying with the alternative ambient air quality limit by opeating a continuous monitor in the vicinity of the affected facility would be required to submit a monthly...
