(i.e., extraction plants, ceramic plants, foundries, incinerators,
propellant plants and machine shops which process beryllium and its
derivates) complying with the one-time only stack test would be
required to submit initial notifications and a one-time report with
the emission limit determination. If sources engage an operational
change that may increase, these requirements would be trigger
