Abstract: The information is to be collected, pursuant to President Bush's Memorandum of January 22, 2001 calling for the restoration of the Mexico City Policy, is (1) the certificatin of foreign non- government organizations (NGOs) schedule to receive population assistance funds that they will not engage in abortion-related activities prohibited under the policy; and (2) the requirement that US organizations and foreign NGSs with whom USAID has relationships to collect such certifications from the orgnization that are subject to the requirements.
