The Section 306C program funds
facilities and projects in low- income rural communities facing
significant health risks. In a very limited number of cases
(approx. 1 per year), an applicant may make a loan or grant to
individuals. This situation requires the applicant to submit (per 7
CFR 1777) an implementation plan; memorandum of agreement (RUS
Bulletin 1777-1), and use of fund report.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies

1320.8(b)(3).
