Terms of Clearance: This information collection request is approved consistent with ACF's 10/29/2001 memo. OMB is pleased to hear that ACF is in the process of reviewing these APD requirements in light of States' increasing experience in implementing the statutory requirements of PRWORA and FSA88. OMB expects that this streamlining process will be incorporated into the next submission of this package.

In addition, the State include a State Case Registry and transmit data to the Federal Case Registry.
