Abstract: ICR #0820.08 targets five areas categories informational requirements in part 262: hazardous waste determination re- quirements; pre-transport requirements for both large (LQG) and small (SQG) quantity generators; air emission standards for LQGs; recordkeeping and reporting requirements; and export requirements. Information collected under this ICR is needed to ensure that hazardous wastes are properly managed so that it does not pose a threat to human health and the environment.
