Abstract: Renovators of target housing are required to provide EPA's lead hazard information pamphlet to owners and occupants before be- ginning renovations for compensation. Renovators are also re- quired to reveal the nature and extent of renovations in common areas of multifamily housing to occupants prior to beginning renovations for compensation.
