Abstract: EIA-417R is the primary means by which the Federal Government learns about a disruption to electric power delivery. Data will be used to determine the appropriate Federal response action which could be initiated to help relieve an electrict power emergency. Respondents are electric utilities engaged in the generation, transmission or distribution of electric energy.
