The Premium Processing survey will be used by the INS to help administer the Premium Processing Program to refine future service options and to improve performance and service by continuously monitoring customer satisfaction and identifying potential problems. We believe this survey falls under the Generic Clearance of Customer Service Surveys. The INS in accordance with the requirements of E.O. 12862 and the GPRA, wishes to conduct customer service surveys. The purpose of such surveys is to assess needs, identify problems, and plan for programmatic improvement in the delivery of immigration service.
