Section 4117 of the Safe and Drug-Free Schools and Communities Act (SDFSCA) requires state chief executive officers to submit to the Secretary on a triennial basis a report on the implementation and outcomes of Governor's SDFSCA programs. ED must report to the President and Congres regarding the natinal impact of SDFSA programs.
