The Commission proposes to extend the time period for the current data collection to requiee certain operations of electric power plants in California with an individual unit generating capacity of at least 30 MW or total unit generating capacity of at least 50 MW to file reports about full or partial outages, whether scheduled, forced, or otherwise. The Commission also proposes to amend the data collection requirements to include outages for economic reasons.
