Abstract: This request is for updated clearance for the Upward Bound Fourth Follow Up and the Math Science First Follow Up as well as new clearance for the Upward Bound Fifth Follow Up and the Math Science Second Follow Up. These data collections are part of the National Evaluationo f Upward Bound that has been on-going since 1992. The studies are following a sample of 4,728 participants and control group students through high school and into young adulthood. The study is looking at academic achievement college partiicpation rates, and employment patterns.
