In accordance
with 5 CFR 1320, the information collection is approved for a
period of three years. However, given that the program is not
currently funded and the level of future funding is not known, a
place holder of 1 burden hour will be used. Should funding be made
available, the agency must submit a change worksheet updating the
estimates of both respondents and burden.

This regulation promulgates the
policies and procedures to improve, develop or finance business and
employment and improve the econimic and environmental climate in
rural communities, including pollution abastement and control. This
is achieved through bolstering the existing private credit
structure through guarante of quality loans which will provide
lasting community benefits.
