Short Statement: There is a decrease in the number of responses by 120 to 69 and a 372 decrease in burden hours to 228. The numbers of burden hours and associated costs have changed principally as a result of a revised estimate of 16 direct loans in the program portfolio, a decrease from the previous estimate of 40 direct loans. Also, as a result of the current rate of information collection, the estimated number of borrower visits has decreased from 40 to 16, and the estimated number of financial statements has decreased from 40 to 16.
