Amendments to the Reporting
and Recordkeeping Requirements for National Emissions Standards for
Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP) for Hazardous Waste Combustors -
Direct Final Rule.
EPA is taking direct final action on
nine of the thirteen amendments to the hazardous waste combustor
NESHAP final rule promulgated on September 30, 1999. These
amendments will improve the implementation of the emission
standards, primarily in the areas of compliance, testing, and
monitoring. The existing paperwork burden for the 1999 final rule
was approved in EPA ICR Request 1773.02 and later modified by
1773.03.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
