Abstract: AC Form 8050 is an application for a dealer's Aircraft Registration Certificate which, under 49 USC 1404 may be issued to a person engaged in manufacturing distributing, or selling aircraft. Information received enables the Civil Aviation registry to determine eligibility of an applicant to receive Dealer's Certificate and issue same to connect name and address.
