Abstract: To satisfy the requirements of the GMRA USAID needs to obtain country-specific financial reports from grantess and all parties having cooperative agreements. The primary use of this informa- tion will be to track expenditures in countries where USAID has no direct hire presence overseas, but will also apply to countries where USAID has an in-country presence as well. OMB has previously authorized the collection of such information for USAID.
