To satisfy the requirements of the
GMRA, USAID needs to obtain country-specific financial reporting
from grantees and all parties having cooperative agreements. The
primary use of this information will be to track expenditures in
countries where USAID has no direct hire presence overseas but will
apply to countries where USAID has an in-country presence as well.
OMB has previously authorized the collection of such information
for USAID.
