Information is collected to determine
whether an individual is entitled to compensation under the
Radiation Exposure Compensation Program, 42 U.S.C.A. Section 2210
note (West Supp. 2001). Applicants include individuals who resided
near the Nevada Test Site; former uranium miners and millers;
individuals employed in the transport of uranium ore; and
individuals who participated onsite in an atmospheric nuclear
test.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies

1320.8(b)(3).
