Abstract: The information to be collected is necessary to enable title II/VII beneficiaries with outstanding title XVI overpayments to elect a rate of benefit withholding (other than 10 percent) to recover the title XVI overpayment and to nable title XVI beneficiaries with outstanding title II/VIII/XVIII overpayments to elect to have the overpayments withheld from their title XVI benefits. The respondents are titles II, VII, and XVI beneficiaries with outstanding overpayments.
