Terms of Clearance: Approved for one year. This approval covers the changes in burden based on the interim final rule that was recently published. FNS has indicated that another interim final rule, encompassing the provisions of the 2000 NPRM that were not finalized in the recent interim final rule, will be published by early 2003. Given that this rule is likely to cause some changes to this ICR, FNS must resubmit this package at the time of the new interim final rule, to update the package. (If no changes are required based on the new rule, FNS should resubmit the package with a notation that no changes are necessary).
