The BLM uses the information to issue
Indian allotments to applicants seeking to settle upon an develop
certain public lands of the United States, and determine an
allttees eligibility to receive a trust patent (title) to the lands
covered by the Indian allotment pursuant to Section 4 of the Indian
Allotment Act of February 8, 1887, (25 USC 334, 336, and 337), as
amended, and the regulations in the 43 CFR Part 2530.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
