noted that the package is a reinstatement. If the collection was
used since 3/31/02, this should be considered a violation of the
PRA and should be reported in the next ICB. HUD should be working
toward a process for allowing electronic submission of grant
applications for all HUD discretionary grant programs, and for all
grant reports required for grantees. HUD shall continue to work
with other Federal agencies on the grant streamlining process
mandated by P.L. 106-107, and come back to OMB within a year.
Unless there are uncontrollable circumstances that do not allow
this package to conform to the standard grant form, HUD should
adopt that standard form for use prior to the next clearance.

Community Development Work Study
Program application for grantee selection and reports monitoring
the administration of funds grants to colleges and universities.
The grants help economically disadvantaged and minority students
earn masters degrees in community building fields.
