Abstract: On March 29, 1999, the Commission released a Report and Order, CS Docket No. 96-85, FCC 99-57, establishing final rules in its proceeding. In the Matter of Implementation of Cable Act Reform Provisions of the Telecommunications Act of 1996. This collection accounts for various information collection requirements found in the initial rules and final rules of this proceeding, under 47 CFR Sections 76.952, 76.990, and 76.1504.
