The Uniform Financial Reporting
Standards (UFRS) regulations requires HUD's multifamily housing
program participants to submit financial data electronically, using
the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAP), in a prescribed
format. Electronic submissions of this data will require the use of
a template. This currently approved collection is submitted as a
new collection seeking a new approval number.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).

the proposed collection of information, that the certification
