The Job Service form are necessary as
part of federal regulations at 20 CFR Part 651, 653 and 658
published as a result of NAACP v. Secretary of Labor. The form
allow the U.S. Employment Service to track regulatory compliance of
services provided to MSFWs by State Employment Workforce
Agencies.
