Abstract: 12 C.F.R. 548.4 provides for Federal associations to voluntary dissolve through the submission of a statement of reasons and plan of dissolution. Approval is required by the board of directors, OTS and the assocation's members. Plans for dissolution may be defined if OTS believes the plan is not the best interests of concerned parties.
