Terms of Clearance: Approved for 1 year, during which time HUD will promulgate revised PHAS rules. Upon issuance of the proposed rule, HUD will resubmit the revised management operations certification information collection package that incorporates changes based on the revised rules. OMB will review the package at that time, including any comments received as a result of the NPRM, but will not clear the package until OMB clears the final rule associated with PHAS. In the interim, HUD can continue to use the current management operations certification for PHAS.
