a plan for implementing revisions to the EEO-1 form including
changes to the racial/ethnic categories. This plan shall include a
detailed timeline for revising the EEO-1, soliciting public
comments on the proposed changes, and providing necessary lead time
for respondents to implement these changes. Further, if EEOC
anticipates revisions to the current job categories, EEOC will work
with OMB to develop such revisions prior to publication in the
Federal Register for public comment.
