Terms of Clearance: This ICR is approved for one year. EPA should use the time between this approval and submission of an ICR to extend this collection to develop a mechanism for verifying the accuracy of claims made in case studies submitted under this collection. Abstract: The National Waste Minimization Partnership Program provides a venue for EPA, states, industrial and commercial entities, and non-government organization to form voluntary partnership focused on reducing the generation of hazardous wastes that contain chemicals that are known to be highly toxic and persis- tent and that tend to accumulate in plant and animal tissue when released to the environment.
