Abstract: HAs provide information developing an appropriate and justifiable projection of occupancy for the RBY. The project occupancy percentage that is developed will be ued as one element in the calculation of operating subsidy under PFS. HAs alo submit information on vacancy percentages, long-term vacancies, and vacancy percentage for RBY adjusted for modernization.
