Abstract: NRCS requires NRCS-PER-001 for individuals and NRCS-PER-002 for groups as documents of record for personnel information for verification of participation and authorization for workmans' compensatory claims. NRCS-PER-002 provides data on interests and abilities to mutually effective agency service. NRCS-PER-004 provides time and attendance documentation. These forms are used to effectively and appropriately use volunteer services for the agency.
